Be My Valentine

I just made some cute gifts for Valentine's Day for last nights Quarter Mania. I made a basket out of paper and added a decorated valentine candle, two valentine pockets with candy bars, and valentine peppermint patty treats.  Very fun and a big hit at Quarter Mania!!!

I also made a Desk Buddy with a Valentine Theme.  A desk buddy is an decorated acrylic holder with a post it pad attached.  Very Cute!!!!!



Quarter Mania

Come for fun!!!!  This Thursday night, January 26th is my first Quarter Mania of the year!  Quarter Mania is the best kind of auction fun!  You spend only quarters and win BIG prizes!!  Love it!!!  I will have three great items (1 is totally new) to auction off at quarter mania!  I hope to see you there!

Stamp Club

Did I mention I am also a Stampin' Up!* consultant?  I am!  I love products from Stampin' Up!*  They have such great quality!!!!  I also host a monthly stamp club at my house.  This month we made a card and a scrapbook page.  It was great fun!

First Class of 2012

My first class of 2012 is a Window Birthday Card Class.  In this class we will make four window cards (one for each season).  The class is on February 11th from 1-3.  This class is only $15 and will be lots of fun.  These cards are very neat (and addictive!)  All of my classes will be at First Impressions in Sylvania, Ohio.  The address is 5727 Main St.  The phone number is 419-824-4153.  Call Lisa at First Impressions to make your reservation for this class.

I first saw a card similar to this card in a YouTube video and fell in love with the idea.  I have made a few changes and used a different stamp set (Stampin' Up* Of course:) and have created my own window card!

First Time for Everything

Okay- I am completely new at this and, willing to admit, slightly nervous about this whole blogging thing.  I do not really follow many blogs (as of yet) and with the help of my friend Candy have decided to give this a whirl.  I have noticed that as I grow older I have become a little more adventurous...or at least I like to believe I have:)  So, let this adventure begin....
